I'm a technology leader with over 17 years of experience in enterprise application management, system integration, and digital transformation. My career started from the ground up — IT support, helpdesk, and web development — before evolving into architecture, leadership, and executive management within JAKALA, one of Italy's foremost martech and data-driven companies.

Today I lead a global function of 20+ professionals across Corporate Applications & Integration, bridging business needs with scalable technical solutions across Energy, Telco, Manufacturing, and BPM sectors. I specialize in high-complexity scenarios: M&A onboarding, cross-system Lead-to-Cash integration, loyalty and incentive platforms, and multi-stakeholder governance.
