One multi-tenant platform, built to your standards
A modern SaaS platform where each client runs in an isolated, secure tenant. Turn on only the modules you need, in the language your team works in, and connect it to the tools you already run.
What you get
True multi-tenancy
Every client runs in an isolated tenant with its own data, users and branding. The separation is enforced by the database itself through row-level security, not by application code that could forget to filter.
Security you can configure
Per-tenant policies: IP allowlists, mandatory Google sign-in, idle session timeout, concurrent session limits and password rules. Every access and change is written to an audit trail.
GDPR built in, not bolted on
Data export and erasure endpoints, configurable retention, cookie consent and a full activity log — the obligations are part of the platform rather than a policy document.
26 modules, on demand
Enabling an existing module for a tenant is a switch in the admin panel and takes effect immediately. Need something that does not exist yet? Request it from inside the app and it reaches me as a tracked request.
Six languages, in full
English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese across every module. A CI check fails the build when a single key is missing in one language, so the translations cannot silently drift.
AI you can audit
A copilot in every module, agents that run unattended, and answers drawn from your own filed documents — each one bounded by an explicit allowlist rather than by a polite instruction. The section below sets out what it does and how it is measured.
The AI, and what holds it back
Four capabilities, not one chat box. Ask a question inside any module and get an answer drawn from your own records. Attach a spreadsheet, a PDF or a photograph and have it read. Dictate instead of typing. And configure agents that do recurring work while nobody is watching.
A copilot in every module
Ctrl+J anywhere in the product. It answers on your data, links only to documentation pages it actually retrieved, and can fill in records for you — but reaches only tables and columns on an explicit allowlist, and on anything that issues a document or grants an entitlement it proposes a change for you to confirm instead of making it.
Agents you configure yourself
An agent is something you create: a department, a brief, the modules it may touch, and the member it acts as. It runs on a schedule or from a workflow, it stops and asks you when a decision is genuinely yours, and every change it makes can be undone from its own run log. Outside its department it holds no tools at all — not merely instructions to stay away.
Your documents, scoped like your data
File a policy or a handbook and the assistant answers from it, respecting the department it is filed under, so a restricted document stays restricted even when the question comes close. Search combines meaning with exact wording, and reads each document in the language it was written in.
Dictation that never leaves the browser
The microphone button transcribes on your own machine. There is no speech-recognition provider involved and no audio is uploaded — not to us, not to anyone.
None of this is taken on trust. Retrieval quality is measured against the running system every week: at present 93.3% on thirty questions over the product documentation and 100% on twenty-seven questions over a tenant’s own policy documents, both at rank five. Every AI call is recorded with its duration and its cost, and an administrator can switch the whole thing off for the tenant.

What it connects to today
Wired end to end and ready to configure: Microsoft 365, TeamSystem, Zucchetti, Freshservice and a generic webhook connector for everything else. The catalogue shows anything not yet wired as “coming soon” rather than pretending it works.
Italian e-invoicing: the platform generates the FatturaPA XML and tracks the full SDI lifecycle, including receipts. Actual transmission runs through a certified intermediary, which is configured per installation.
What the demo actually is
A real tenant on the real platform, provisioned automatically and pre-filled with realistic sample data, so there is nothing to install and nothing to imagine. It is sandboxed on purpose: emails, SMS, e-invoice transmissions, external syncs and webhooks are blocked, so nothing you click can reach the outside world.
